We will re-direct your exit traffic back to our list or one of our websites if you are caught cheating in any way or we will delete your entry. Repeated offenders will get their URL's banned permanently from the list.

3: No Banner Farms, No multiple java consoles allowed. 

4: No sites with un-license or Illegal content.

5: No Free sites or hosted on Free servers like geocities or angelfire. You must have a site with a membership area.

6: We reserve the right to delete any submissions if it doesn't fit in any category and don't stay within the rules of the list.
